    The episode 'Methodologies Used/Studies' concentrates on the heuristics and methodologies employed in Sustainability Communication to date. It concludes that the more frequently employed methods include surveys, media and text analysis, and case studies. Moreover, 'in order to fill out the epistemological core, it continuously takes a plurality of scientific traditions' (refer to slide 16), which is why new methods like empowerment strategies and interactive approaches are needed.
