Communication on an Individual Level
This episode focuses on communication at an individual level. In this
context, the concept of interpersonal communication is explained, with
particular emphasis on defining the role of the communicator. In
essence, there are various types of professional communicators, but in
general, 'professional communicators make information and evidence
available to inform the public about issues that are important to them -
in the most neutral manner possible'. Finally, this
episode examines the challenges encountered by a Sustainability
Communicator.
